Koeman Advises Barcelona

Dutch coach Ronald Koeman has urged Barcelona to secure a permanent deal for Marcus Rashford from Manchester United, emphasizing that the player's current market value makes the deal an opportunity not to be missed.

Koeman, as reported by Spanish media, said that Barcelona "would be making a big mistake if they allowed Rashford to return to Manchester United," adding that the 30 million euros (approximately 26 million pounds) is considered "a very cheap deal" compared to the level, experience, and statistics the player offers.

The Dutch coach explained that Rashford possesses influential characteristics on the field, noting that he "hurts opponents with his speed, directness, and ability to make a difference in spaces," highlighting his clear impact in big matches, especially against Real Madrid.

Koeman concluded his remarks by questioning Barcelona's management's hesitation to activate the purchase clause, saying it is illogical to overlook a player of this caliber for this price in the current market. He considered completing the deal to be a "logical and necessary" decision for the Catalan club.
