Details of the Dispute Between Ceballos and Arbeloa Inside Real Madrid

The Spanish newspaper "Mundo Deportivo" revealed details of the dispute between Dani Ceballos and Real Madrid coach Álvaro Arbeloa, which led to the player's exclusion from the team's roster for the last three consecutive matches.

According to the newspaper, the crisis began when Ceballos learned that the Real Madrid coach spoke about him in a negative manner in front of one of the clubs that was interested in signing him for the next season, which angered the Andalusian midfielder.

The report clarified that Ceballos confronted the coach about this issue, also objecting to the limited playing time he receives, in addition to the increasing role the coaching staff is giving to academy player Thiago Betarch at his expense.

The disagreement became clearly evident for the first time during Real Madrid's trip to Seville to face Real Betis at the end of last April, when Ceballos was excluded from the squad, and his absence continued in the matches against Espanyol and Barcelona.

Although Ceballos' contract runs until the summer of 2027, the player wishes to leave during the upcoming summer transfer window, especially after his move to Marseille fell through last summer.
