Reports have indicated that Juventus has been offered the opportunity to sign Real Madrid defender David Alaba on a free transfer after his contract with the Spanish club expires at the end of the 2025/2026 season.

According to reports, the 33-year-old player is expected to leave Real Madrid at the end of his contract on June 30th, following a difficult period marked by a cruciate ligament injury since December 2023.

The source indicated that Alaba joined Real Madrid five seasons ago on a free transfer, after a long career with Bayern Munich that lasted 10 years during which he won many titles.

The reports also indicated that the Austrian defender had a career full of titles, winning 10 German league titles, 4 UEFA Champions League titles, 6 German Cups, 3 German Super Cups, 2 Spanish league titles, the Spanish King's Cup, the Spanish Super Cup, 3 European Super Cups, and 3 FIFA Club World Cup titles.

The source added that Alaba's versatility, as he can play as a left center-back, left-back, or midfielder, is a significant factor in Juventus's interest in signing him.

According to "Tutto Sport" reports, Juventus is considering the option of signing Alaba during the summer transfer window, with the Italian club aware of his history with injuries, in addition to his high salary, which exceeds 10 million euros annually after taxes in Spain.

Reports also indicated that there are talks between Juventus and the player's agent, Pini Zahavi, with an openness to the idea of the player moving to Turin next season.
