Arsenal midfielder Martin Ødegaard appeared in a press statement following the 1-0 victory over Newcastle in the 34th round of the English Premier League, held at the Emirates Stadium.

The player said in his interview: "It was a tough match, very exciting, and physically demanding. We gave our best effort and secured the win. The most important thing is to come back strong, achieve victory, and earn the three points."

He added about executing short corner kicks: "We train for everything. That's our strength. We can score in many ways. We executed them brilliantly today."

He added, "I think the stadium fans were a bit annoyed by us taking the short corner kick again, but it paid off in the end, and it was a fantastic finish."

Regarding the physical demands: "This schedule is extremely exhausting. We just have to keep going. We are at the end of the season, we have to give it our all, fight in every match, and just keep pushing forward."
