Manchester City star Nicolas Gonzalez appeared in a press statement following the thrilling 2-1 victory over Southampton in the semi-final, in the match held at Wembley Stadium.
When asked if he had scored a better goal than the one he scored today, he said: "Honestly, I don't remember, maybe last season, but it wasn't as spectacular."
He added, "It was amazing to score in the end. In this magnificent stadium and in these surroundings, it's an indescribable feeling."
He continued: "I had opportunities to shoot because they were defending heavily. I was waiting for the right moment and did my best."
He concluded: "It has been a very important week for us. We are still in the competition for the league title, and we have reached another final. This will be my second FA Cup final, and I hope we win it."
