The media personality Ahmed Shobeir believes that Zamalek is the favorite to win against Pyramids in today's league match.

Zamalek will face Pyramids this Thursday evening in the third round of the Egyptian Premier League title playoffs.

In a radio statement, Shobeir said: "The match between Zamalek and Pyramids is very difficult for both teams, and in my opinion, Zamalek is closer to winning due to their consistent lineup, the absence of significant injuries within the team, as well as their spirit and motivation."

He added: "Pyramids will be missing the quartet of Mostafa Fathi, Walid El Karti, Karim Hafez, and Mahmoud Marei due to injury, and they will not participate with 100% certainty according to their confirmations."

He explained: "Zamalek has the upper hand over Pyramids, and in the current league season, the sky-blue team was thriving with its performance in the African Champions League. However, they lost to the White team, which was in poor form."
