The journalist Hani Hathout revealed significant surprises regarding the registration ban crisis at Zamalek and the participation of the White Club in the African Champions League, based on a message from Mamdouh Abbas, the current honorary president of the club.
Hani Hathout said during his program: "I had a call with Mamdouh Abbas, the honorary president of Zamalek Club and one of its biggest supporters. The call lasted five minutes, and he asked me to convey this message."
He added: "Zamalek will not face any penalty whatsoever for not participating in the African Champions League, regardless of the issues, and will participate normally."
He continued: "Regarding the cases, there are six major cases involving large sums of money that have been resolved, and the board of directors will announce them. I will not discuss any details as it is not within my jurisdiction."
