Shobier Comments on Zamalek's Qualification for the Confederation Cup Final
The media personality Ahmed Shobeir commented on Zamalek's qualification for the final of the African Confederation Cup.
Zamalek qualified for the tournament final after defeating Algeria's CR Belouizdad 1-0 in the first leg of the semi-final and drawing 0-0 with Belouizdad in the second leg.
Shobeir said on Facebook: "A million congratulations to Zamalek Club for qualifying for the Confederation Cup final at the expense of CR Belouizdad. The primary credit goes to the Zamalek fans and the wonderful scene we witnessed today at Cairo Stadium with their support and backing of the team."
Zamalek will face Pyramids next Thursday in the third round of the title-deciding stage of the Egyptian Premier League.
