Adi Al-Dabbagh, the Zamalek star, stated that his team's match against Chabab Belouizdad in the second leg of the Confederation Cup semi-final is important and that the White team is striving to secure a victory over the Algerian team.

The player added in his statements during the media events of the Confederation of African Football (CAF): "We achieved a positive result in the first leg, and overconfidence is not needed in the return match. We are preparing technically and mentally for the game to secure qualification for the final."

Oday Al-Dabbagh continued: "We will benefit from the home ground and the fans in the return match, and my outstanding performance with the team is due to the support of the coaching staff, the players, and the fans."

He concluded: "We aim to bring joy to the Zamalek fans in the second leg against the Algerian champions and confirm our qualification."

Zamalek will face Algeria's CR Belouizdad next Friday in the second leg of the CAF Confederation Cup semi-final.

The first leg of the match ended with Zamalek winning 1-0.
