Lamine Yamal, the star of Barcelona, continues to establish himself as one of the most prominent players of the team this season, having topped the list of most appearances with a total of 3567 minutes. He also leads in scoring with 22 goals and assists with 18 decisive passes, according to the Spanish newspaper 'Mundo Deportivo'.

According to the report, Yamal delivered a remarkable performance in the matches against Atletico Madrid and Espanyol, executing 16 dribbles, surpassing Real Madrid duo Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Junior, who collectively managed only 13 dribbles in their matches against Bayern Munich and Girona.

The source indicated that the young player had a decisive role in the Espanyol match, after assisting two goals for his teammate Ferran Torres, raising his tally to 12 assists in the league and 18 in all competitions. Torres, along with Robert Lewandowski, is the most benefited partner from Yamal's passes, with each scoring four goals thanks to his assists.

The report also explained that Yamal, who finished last season third in minutes behind Raphinha and Pedri, has become the most participative this season, without any impact from the injury he suffered at the beginning of the season. The player also surpasses all his teammates in terms of scoring and assisting, having scored 22 goals in 43 matches, exceeding his tally from last season '18 goals in 55 matches', and is now just three assists away from matching his previous record of '21'.

In the same context, RAC1 radio reported a figure reflecting Yamal's individual superiority, having executed 16 dribbles in the last two matches, surpassing what Mbappe and Vinicius collectively presented.

In terms of records, Yamal became the youngest player in La Liga history to reach 100 matches, at the age of 18 years and 272 days, surpassing Iker Muniain and Raul Gonzalez, while Lionel Messi did not reach this number until the age of 21 years and 253 days.

Yamal's tally so far is 29 goals and 29 assists, a clear indicator of his increasing impact with the team, especially as he aims to continue shining in the Champions League, where he has scored five goals and provided four assists, looking forward to achieving a better end than last season.
