Moatamed Gamal, the head coach of the first football team at Zamalek Club, confirmed that the match against Al-Masry Al-Portsaidi was difficult and that his team prepared meticulously to achieve victory.

Jamal explained in the press conference following the match: "We knew the difficulty of the game and took the opponent's strengths into account. We quickly came back after Al-Masry took the lead, and I am sad because we missed many opportunities. I thank the players and the fans for their support."

The head coach pointed out strategic adjustments during the match: "The Egyptian team changed their playing style, so we altered some positions. After conceding a goal, we corrected a few things on the field and quickly got back into the game."

Regarding the players, Jamal explained that Ahmed Fattouh was substituted to ensure his safety after playing 180 minutes with the Egyptian national team. He praised Omar Gaber's role as the team captain and the presence of Mohamed Ibrahim as a rising young player. He also commended Chico Banza's support despite his previous injury.

Regarding the goalkeeping position, Jamal said: "The team has goalkeepers of the highest caliber, and the ready goalkeeper will participate. We have three senior goalkeepers in addition to two from the youth sector."

Zamalek secured a 4-1 victory over Al-Masry in the match held at the Borg El Arab Stadium as part of the first round of the final stage to decide the league title. This win raised Zamalek's tally to 46 points at the top of the standings, while Al-Masry remained at 32 points in fifth place.
