Mamdouh Abbas Announces Recourse to the Supreme Administrative Court After Zamalek's Appeal Rejection
Mamdouh Abbas announced a new move regarding the October land file, following the issuance of a ruling rejecting Zamalek Club's appeal in the Administrative Court.
Abbas wrote on his account on the X platform that the ruling was not surprising to him, noting that the reasoning behind the decision is expected to be based on the reasons for the land withdrawal by the competent administrative authority.
He added that Zamalek's position in the case remains strong, affirming that the club possesses legal justifications that cannot be ignored. This is prompting them to escalate the matter to the Supreme Administrative Court, relying on a legal team with extensive experience, in order to reclaim the land.
The Fourth Circuit of the Administrative Court at the Egyptian State Council, presided over by Judge Mohamed Ghoneimi, ruled to reject the appeal submitted by Zamalek and upheld the decision to withdraw the plot of land allocated to the club in the city of Sixth of October.
