Press reports revealed that the family of young star Max Dauman has decided to manage his football career themselves, after his father and brother obtained licenses as accredited agents from the International Federation of Football Association, in a move aimed at maintaining full control over his future, away from business management companies.

The 16-year-old player is considered one of the most prominent talents at Arsenal, having quickly caught attention, which made him the focus of interest for many player agents. However, the family preferred not to engage any external parties.

His father, Rob, and his brother, Ethan, successfully passed the FIFA license test, which is known for its difficulty, making them officially qualified to manage the player's contracts and negotiate on his behalf in the upcoming phase.

Despite signing a sponsorship deal with Adidas and appearing in an advertisement alongside former star Ian Wright, the family is currently focusing on his artistic and educational development before engaging more broadly in commercial aspects.
