Mamdouh Abbas's Comment on Zamalek's Draw with Otoho
Mamdouh Abbas, the honorary president of Zamalek Club, praised the white team's players for their performance against Otoho of Congo in the African Confederation Cup.
Zamalek drew 1-1 with Otoho in the first leg of the CAF Confederation Cup quarter-finals.
Mamdouh Abbas said on the "X" platform: "Thank you to the heroes of Zamalek Club, who played in impossible conditions, with a humidity level of 82% and a temperature of 36 degrees Celsius."
He added: "Despite the 1-1 draw, Zamalek won 2-1 according to the rules of this competition. I, along with the Zamalek fans, thank Captain Moatamed Gamal, who managed this match with great professionalism, along with his assistant. They have all our love and appreciation."
