The media personality Khaled Al-Ghandour revealed that Mohamed Atef is close to returning to Zamalek at the start of the new season after the end of his loan period to Tala'ea El-Gaish.
Ghandour said on Facebook: "Mohamed Atef will return to Zamalek in the new season after his loan to Tala'ea El Gaish ends. By the way, the player scored goals for Zamalek and Al Ahly, and the loan paid off as his performance started to improve."
Al Ahly lost to Tala'ea El Gaish yesterday, Monday, with a score of 2-1 in a postponed match from the 15th round of the Premier League.
Mohamed Atef scored the first goal for Tala'ea in the fourth minute of the match.
