Moatamed Gamal: We Could Have Won by More Than One Goal and Zamalek is the Best in Africa
Zamalek coach Moatamed Gamal spoke about his team's victory over Pyramids on Sunday evening in the league.
Zamalek defeated Pyramids with a 1-0 victory in a match during the twentieth round of the Egyptian Premier League.
In statements during the press conference after the match, Jamal Moatamed said: "The recent matches are quite similar, but the game against Pyramids was the toughest. During the match, I decided to divide it into two halves, and we relied on transitions in the second half."
He added, "We could have won by more than one goal, but thank God we secured the three points. At the moment, the most important thing is to collect points, and the performance will improve in the coming period."
He also said, "Zamalek is the best team in Africa, and the Zamalek fans have played a significant role and were the main reason for achieving victory."
And Gamal concluded his statements by saying: "Mahdi, Sobhi, Awad, and El-Shenawy, all the goalkeepers are performing well. I see that Pyramids rely on crosses, so I preferred to play Sobhi because he excels in this aspect. Mahdi and Awad will also participate, as each match has the most suitable player for it."
