Gedo: Pyramids Will Win the League Title This Season
Mohamed Nagy "Gedo," the assistant coach of Pyramids, believes that his team is the closest to winning the Egyptian Premier League title this season.
Gedo said in statements on "MBC Masr" channel: "We have been under stress recently due to the pressure of matches. We played 5 matches in 15 days, playing a match every 3 days."
He added, "We are capable of overcoming the loss to Smouha, and we are focusing on the upcoming matches. God willing, Pyramids will be the league champions this season."
He continued: "We have confidence in the players, and they are capable of overcoming this setback quickly and returning stronger than before."
He added, "Ceramica Cleopatra is our main competitor because they are at the top of the league, and certainly Al Ahly and Zamalek are also competitors for us."
