Lamine Yamal led his team, Barcelona, to victory over Copenhagen, ensuring the Catalan club's direct qualification to the round of 16 in the UEFA Champions League, after a match that saw the player wearing number 10 shine.

The match witnessed a notable contribution from Yamal, as he assisted the equalizing goal for Robert Lewandowski to make it 1-1, before scoring the go-ahead goal to make it 2-1, concluding the game as the best player on the field.

In statements following the match, Lamine Yamal said: "We all came with the goal of staying among the top eight teams, and I am very happy with this match and the victory. They became stronger after scoring the goal, but we managed to come back, and I am happy about that."
