Bournemouth Clinches Deal for Brazilian Talent 'Ryan'
Sunday 25-01-2026
The English club Bournemouth has finalized its agreement with Brazilian club Vasco da Gama to sign the young striker 'Ryan' in a record deal aimed at strengthening the team's attack.

According to journalist David Ornstein, the total value of the deal reached approximately £30.3 million, divided into £24.7 million as a fixed amount, in addition to £5.6 million as performance-related incentives.

The agreement did not include the Brazilian club receiving any percentage of the future resale value, granting the 'Cherries' full ownership of the player's international card.

The 19-year-old Brazilian talent is set to sign a long-term contract extending for five and a half years.

The source indicated that the player's desire was decisive in completing the deal, as he preferred to move to the English Premier League despite receiving 'higher' financial offers from clubs in the Saudi league, Russia, and other European destinations.

Ryan is currently classified as one of the most promising rising talents in Brazilian football, with Bournemouth's management seeing him as the optimal investment to compensate for the departure of star player Antoine Semenyo to Manchester City and support the club's ambitious project in the 'Premier League'.

The player is expected to arrive in England in the coming days to undergo medical examinations in preparation for the official announcement.
