Resolution of Benteke's Issue with Zamalek
The media personality Ahmed Shobier confirmed that the issue between Mahmoud Bentayk and Zamalek has been resolved, and the player is close to returning to participate with the White team.
Bentayk had terminated his contract with Zamalek unilaterally due to delays in receiving his financial dues.
In his radio program on "On Sport FM," Shobeir stated that businessman Mamdouh Abbas, the former club president, intervened to resolve the crisis, playing a role in settling the overdue payments to the player, which are estimated to be around $150,000.
Shobeir added that Bentayk will participate in Zamalek's training after the White team's match against Al-Masry Al-Borsaidi, scheduled for today, Sunday, in the African Confederation Cup.
