A press report today revealed the reason for the exclusion of Mohamed Sobhi, the goalkeeper of Zamalek Club, from the team's roster for the match against Al-Masry, scheduled for tomorrow, as part of the third round of Group D in the CAF Confederation Cup.

According to the newspaper "Al-Watan," the absence of Mohamed Sobhi was due to a technical decision by the team's head coach, Moatamed Gamal, without any injury affecting the goalkeeper, which puts an end to the speculation about his physical condition before the upcoming match.

The Zamalek coaching staff plans to rely on Mohamed Awad as the team's goalkeeper during the match against Al-Masry, while Mahdi Suleiman will be on the bench, in line with the coach's tactical vision for managing the game.

The Egyptian club tops the standings of Group D with 6 points, having won the first two rounds, while Zamalek holds the second position with 2 points, which gives the match great importance in the competition to qualify for the next round.
