Ahmed El-Shenawy, the goalkeeper for Pyramids, confirmed that his team is ready to face RS Berkane in the CAF Champions League.
Pyramids will face RS Berkane tomorrow, Saturday, in the third round of the group stage of the CAF Champions League.
Al-Shennawi said in the pre-match press conference: "Our goal is to win in order to secure the top spot and move a step closer to the quarter-finals of the tournament."
He continued: "The team is ready for the match with the lineup almost complete following the conclusion of the Africa Cup. With the return of continental competitions, Pyramids' goal is to win away from home to secure qualification and continue the continental journey towards retaining the African title."
He concluded: "I am fully ready to help the team win to qualify, and I have great confidence in the players and their ability to achieve the goal and return with the three points from Morocco."
