Paulo Dybala has shown his willingness to significantly reduce his salary, in a move that reflects his clear desire to continue with Roma in the upcoming phase. According to the latest reports, the Argentine player does not currently prioritize returning to his home country, preferring to continue his career in the Italian league.

On the technical side, Dybala seems to have regained part of his usual form, benefiting from the increasing harmony within the team, especially after the arrival of Donyell Malen. In the recent match against Torino, Dybala scored a goal and provided an assist, something he achieved for the first time since last season, when he did the same against the same opponent at the Olimpico stadium.

Dybala's performance in that match earned him the Man of the Match award, while his future remains a topic of discussion within the Trigoria training center and among the club’s fans. The newspaper Corriere dello Sport mentioned that his contract file is still open, and Roma’s management must take the first step if they want to reach a new agreement.

Despite the delay in negotiations, Dybala’s situation is not currently concerning, especially given the difficulty of obtaining the same salary from another club. Meanwhile, Roma is also working on renewing contracts for other players, most notably Gianluca Mancini and Bryan Cristante, whose contracts expire in 2027.

As for Dybala, he continues to fully focus on the pitch, enjoying the appreciation of the technical staff led by Gian Piero Gasperini, as well as the trust of the club’s supporters.
