Al-Ahli Offers Three Players to Snatch Al-Kholood Star
Al-Ahli Saudi Club has moved decisively to strengthen its squad, placing Abdulaziz Al-Owaya, the player from Al-Kholood, at the top of its priorities during the current winter transfer window.
Al Ahly's management has entered into official negotiations with Al-Kholood Club to inquire about the terms of contracting Al-Oywa, amid a technical conviction of his distinguished local abilities and capabilities.
According to press sources, Al-Ahly's offer included an attractive financial amount, along with the inclusion of three players in the deal, in exchange for securing Abdulaziz Al-Alyoua's contract during this January.
The reports clarified that Al-Alawiya's previous transfer from Al-Nassr to Al-Kholood included a special clause granting Al-Nassr the right of first refusal if any official offer for the player is received in the future.
Under the agreement, Al-Khulood is obligated to notify Al-Nassr's management immediately upon receiving an official offer, granting the latter a one-week period to try to convince the player to return to their ranks.
The same sources indicated that there is a penalty clause in Al-Owaya's contract, allowing any club to terminate the contract and sign the player directly without engaging in prolonged negotiations.
Al-Khulood had finalized a permanent deal with Abdulaziz Al-Alyouwa, who joined from Al-Nassr last summer. The player has participated in 12 matches this season, scoring two goals and providing three assists.
