After postponement of the match against Al Taawoun, Al Ahly sets ticket refund procedures

Al Ahly FC has announced the refund of amounts paid for tickets to their postponed match against Al Taawoun, with priority given to fans who purchased tickets before the postponement to acquire them again when the new date is determined.

The club clarified in a statement via its official account on the 'X' platform that the value of the tickets will be fully refunded to the original payment method used by fans when completing the purchase.

Al Ahly FC confirmed that the process of recovering funds will occur automatically within a period of 7 to 14 working days, without requiring fans to submit requests or take additional actions.

The club will later announce the date for ticket sales for the match after determining its new date, with priority given to previous ticket holders.

Al Ahly FC has emphasized that the match will remain included in the seasonal packages, with subscription holders retaining their designated seats when the match is held at its rescheduled time.

The Saudi Pro League announced the postponement of the match between Al Ahly FC and Al Taawoun, which was scheduled to take place on Saturday, November 7, as part of the thirteenth round of the Saudi Pro League.
