John Edward, the sporting director of Zamalek Club, issued a statement on Facebook outlining the details of the white team's crises from his arrival until the present time.

The most notable aspect was his transparency with the fans of Zamalek Club since taking office, as he confirmed that he encountered promises, only a few of which were fulfilled, despite the plan he had set to bring the first football team back to the championship podiums.

As John Edward explained, all the promises he used to hear from the club's supporters, such as backing the club with an amount reaching 350 million Egyptian pounds, only resulted in him receiving 30 million pounds.

John Edward pointed out that he worked for Zamalek out of love and firm belief, without any compensation.
