Does Ahmed Suleiman Intervene in Bentayeb's Crisis with Zamalek?
Ahmed Suleiman, a member of Zamalek Club's board of directors, confirmed that he will not intervene directly to resolve the crisis of Mahmoud Bentayeb, the White Star player, with the club.
The player recently held his wedding ceremony with the daughter of Ahmed Suleiman, a member of Zamalek's board of directors.
Suleiman said in television statements: "On last December 6, I officially wrote that I apologize for the football file at Zamalek, despite our agreement that I would supervise this file, and for personal reasons I do not like to talk about, but if I am asked for anything I will do it."
He explained: "There is a sports director at the club, and you should direct your questions to him regarding this matter, not to me."
Mahmoud Bentayeb informed Zamalek management of his contract termination with the club due to not receiving his overdue financial dues for more than 9 months.
