Ahmed Suleiman, a member of the board of directors of Zamalek Club, issued an important message on Facebook regarding the crisis over the withdrawal of Zamalek's land in October.

Ahmed Suleiman said: "To whom it may concern, if there is any mistake attributed to the Board of Directors, we are fully prepared for accountability and responsibility, and I am the first among them to appear before any authority."

He added: "As for the club, it is an authentic Egyptian sports symbol owned by its members and fans, and I am full of hope and optimism that we all cooperate to preserve it, its history, achievements, and development, so that we can face any obstacles in the future."

Zamalek Club recently announced its firm stance on reclaiming the October land and rejected the proposal to receive alternative land.
