Zamalek Resolves Adi Al-Dabbagh's Crisis
Sports journalist Khaled Al-Ghandour confirmed that Zamalek's management succeeded in resolving the issue of Palestinian star Adi Al-Dabbagh, which arose due to his unpaid overdue dues.
Al-Ghandour said on the program "Estad Al-Mahwar": "In the past few hours, a portion of Uday Al-Dabbagh's financial dues has been paid, following the official warning the player sent to the club's management due to the delay in disbursing his payments. This prompted Zamalek officials to act quickly to avoid escalating the crisis or entering into a legal dispute that could harm the club in the upcoming period."
He continued: "The officials of Zamalek Club confirmed that the player returned to Cairo on Sunday, in preparation for joining the first football team's group training sessions, after his absence during the past period due to his participation with Palestine in the Arab Cup. He is expected to be technically and physically ready to participate with the team in upcoming matches according to the coaching staff's plan."
Zamalek is preparing to face Haras El Hodood next Saturday in the second round of the group stage of the Egypt Capital Cup.
