In statements reported by the media, Tari confirmed that these circulating figures are "completely incorrect," noting that he "had never heard of these numbers before."

Tari praised the French international, describing him as an "exceptional person and player," and emphasizing his role as a "leader" within the team. He added, "We are very happy to have him at Milan."

Regarding the player's future, the sporting director revealed that talks are already underway between the club's management and Minian's representatives to reach an agreement on a contract renewal. Tari expressed his optimism, saying, "Mike is happy at Milan, and we would be even happier if he renews his contract. We are currently discussing this."
