German coach Matthias Jaissle, head coach of Al-Ahli Jeddah, emphasized his team's readiness to face UAE's Sharjah. He pointed out the difficulty of the upcoming match, which is part of the fifth round of the AFC Champions League Elite, scheduled to take place tomorrow, Monday, at the "Al-Inma" Stadium in King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah.

During the press conference, Yaislah said, "We are excited to participate in the tournament on our home ground, and we understand the importance of managing the matches wisely given the physical effort required. As for selecting the starting lineup, it is still too early to decide."

The German coach confirmed that he does not wish to talk about the upcoming match against Al-Qadsiah in the King’s Cup quarterfinals at this time, emphasizing that his full focus is on the game against Sharjah.

Regarding the recent criticisms of the team's tactical approach, Yaiselah explained: "I do not follow or focus on the criticisms. What matters most to me is leading the team according to the available circumstances, especially with the absence of several international players. Therefore, we have to approach the matches with what is available."

Al Ahly hopes to achieve a positive result that will boost its chances of qualifying during the remaining two group stage matches.
