The Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Asian Football Confederation announced strict decisions affecting the clubs Al Hilal, Al Ahli, and Al Ittihad due to violations during their continental participations.

The committee imposed a penalty on Al-Hilal's assistant coach, Ricardo Rocchini, suspending him for four matches and fining him $10,000.

The penalty was imposed after he made an offensive gesture towards the referee during the match between Al-Hilal and Al-Sadd of Qatar in the AFC Champions League for the elite.

In the ranks of Al-Ahly, the committee penalized player Mohamed Abdelrahman Youssef with a four-match suspension and a $10,000 fine due to inappropriate behavior.

Zakaria Hawsawi was also suspended for three matches and fined two thousand dollars due to violent conduct during one of the encounters.

The Union received the hardest blow after its defender Ahmed Sharahili was suspended for 10 matches and fined $10,000 for violent conduct.

The penalties did not stop with Sharahili, as Al-Ittihad's goalkeeper Predrag Rajković was fined $5,000 for making an offensive gesture after the end of the match.

The decisions included matches from the AFC Champions League for the elite and the second AFC Champions League, opening a new chapter of disciplinary strictness in continental tournaments.
