Officially.. The Teams Qualified for the 2026 World Cup
The scene of the teams qualified for the 2026 World Cup finals has largely been completed, as a wide group of teams have officially secured their seats through qualifiers across various continents during the current international break.
The next international break is scheduled for March, where the qualified teams will begin their preparations for the tournament through friendly matches. During the upcoming break, the global playoff matches, as well as the European playoff for World Cup qualification, will also take place.
Below is the list of teams qualified for the World Cup:
CONCACAF teams: United States, Mexico, Canada, along with three additional spots yet to be decided.
South American teams: Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Uruguay, Colombia, Paraguay
Asian teams: Japan, Iran, Uzbekistan, South Korea, Jordan, Australia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia
African teams: Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Algeria, Ghana, Cape Verde, South Africa, Senegal, Ivory Coast
Oceania teams: New Zealand
European teams: England, France, Croatia, Portugal, Norway, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Scotland, Austria, Switzerland + 4 teams will qualify through the European playoffs.

New Caledonia
Democratic Republic of the Congo
Asian representative (Iraq)
A representative from CONCACAF
Two additional spots to be decided later (the two best second-placed teams from the CONCACAF qualifying groups (North/Central America and Caribbean) will be chosen)
