French media reports have revealed that the Algerian Football Federation is considering the possibility of calling up Ethan Mbappé, a player from Lille, to represent the national team in the upcoming periods.

According to the same sources, the FAF is preparing to officially open the file of the young player as part of its strategy to attract dual-nationality talents of Algerian descent, in order to strengthen the ranks of the "Greens" with promising players who have early European experience.

Ethan Mbappe, born on December 26, 2006, is the brother of Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappe and has Algerian roots from his mother, Fayza Lamari.

This move is part of the new policy of the Algerian federation aimed at expanding the pool of talent options by monitoring the most prominent young players active in European leagues, with the hope of building a generation capable of competing in major continental and global tournaments.
