Ferreira: We Will Approach the Return Match with the Same Aggressiveness
The Belgian coach of Zamalek, Yannick Ferreira, expressed his happiness with the overwhelming victory achieved by his team over the Somali Dakadaha today, Saturday.
Zamalek won against Dakadaha with a score of 6-0 in the first leg of the 32nd round of the African Confederation.
Ferreira said in the press conference after the match: "The first goal gave us greater responsibility, and the attacking aggressiveness did not decrease. We knew there was a danger in the match after scoring the third goal, especially since the players might feel the game was easy, but we managed to add more goals."
He continued: "Apart from the result and the chances we created, we are happy with the performance of the players who had been away from participation well."
He added: "We aim to approach the return match with the same aggressiveness, and we need to focus. We know we are not the best team in the world, and we need to work harder."
Regarding the brilliance of Saif El-Ghaziri, he said: "We see that El-Ghaziri is heading in the right direction to participate more with Zamalek. We know that even if he does not participate, he has been training very well for a while and deserves to score. His performance is encouraging for me, and all the players performed well."
