Zamalek Considering Signing Mostafa Mohamed and Hamid Abdullah in January
A television report on "On Sports" channel confirmed that Zamalek is studying the possibility of signing Mustafa Mohamed, the Nantes striker, and Hossam Abdullah, the ENPPI winger, in January, provided that the registration ban is lifted.
He added: "Mostafa Mohamed and Hamid Abdullah, a target for Zamalek, will be supported by Zamalek fans if the registration ban is lifted." He continued: "Zamalek has hope of lifting the ban in January, after settling its debts and submitting a request to lift the registration restrictions."
Zamalek has received a disciplinary transfer ban for two windows due to the crisis involving former team defender, Moroccan Salah Msedek.
Zamalek is currently preparing to face Ittihad on Friday, August 21, at Cairo International Stadium, as part of the first round of the Egyptian Premier League.
