Mido Criticizes Dams for His Performance
Ahmed Hossam Mido, the former star of Zamalek, criticized the Belgian left-back Matteo Dams of Al-Ahli Jeddah for his modest performance in the match against Al-Shabab.
Al-Ahli and Al-Shabab drew 1-1 in the fifth round of the Roshan Saudi League yesterday, Friday, at the Al-Naema Stadium in King Abdullah Sports City.
It is worth noting that Dams caused Al-Ahli to miss the victory by scoring an own goal that allowed Al-Shabab to equalize in the last moments.
Mido stated in his remarks that Dams is not at the level of Al-Ahli, his performance is modest, and his character is weak.
He added: "Dams has little experience, and his character is weak, and he was clearly in a state of confusion during the match against Al-Shabab."
