The match between Al-Faihah and Al-Ittihad ended in a positive draw of 1-1, in the encounter that brought the two teams together on Friday evening at the Al-Majma'ah Sports City Stadium, as part of the fifth round of the Saudi Pro League.

Al-Faihah started the match strongly and was able to open the scoring in the 45+1 minute through striker Fashion Sakala after an accurate pass from Jason Remesiro, giving the home side the advantage before the end of the first half.

With the start of the second half, Al-Ittihad tried to return to the match, and Ahmed Al-Ghamdi succeeded in equalizing in the 64th minute after a wonderful individual effort that he finished with a powerful shot into the net, bringing the team back into the game.

The final minutes witnessed great excitement after Frenchman Karim Benzema missed a penalty in the 83rd minute, which could have given Al-Ittihad the win, amid remarkable performance from Al-Faihah's goalkeeper who saved brilliantly.
