Hassan said via Facebook: "Ahmed Rabi and Mohamed Shahat will replace Donja in the Egyptian Super Cup in the UAE due to suspension."
Four clubs participating in the tournament are Al Ahly, Zamalek, Pyramids, and Ceramica Cleopatra.
