The Germany national team announced the call-up of goalkeeper Noah Atubolu, a Freiburg player, to join the national team's camp in preparation for the matches against Luxembourg and Northern Ireland in the European qualifiers for the World Cup.

Atubolu's call-up was made by Julian Nagelsmann, the head coach of the German national team, following the injury of goalkeeper Oliver Baumann, who is suffering from nausea, preventing him from participating in the team's training sessions in recent hours.

Atubolu is set to join the national team camp, given his remarkable performance with Freiburg in recent months, in addition to his impressive levels with the Germany U21 team.

It is worth mentioning that the Germany national team will face Luxembourg on October 10 in the seventh round of the qualifiers, and will then meet Northern Ireland three days later.
