Nicolo Tresoldi, the forward for Club Brugge, stole the spotlight during the 4-3 victory over Inter Milan, after scoring three goals in the match held at San Siro in the second round of the group stage of the Champions League. He has become one of the standout stars of the European night, bringing attention back to his personal career and his international future between Germany and Italy.

Emmanuel Trisolini was born in the Italian city of Cagliari on August 20, 2004, to an Argentine mother and an Italian father, Emmanuel Trisolini, a former defender who played for several clubs, including Atalanta. The young forward grew up in the city of Gubbio, where he took his first steps in football with the Fontanelli team, but he was not only interested in football, as he showed remarkable talent in tennis during his childhood.

Trezoldi did not view tennis merely as a hobby; he was one of the most promising talents in Italian tennis, having trained at the Gubbio Tennis Club and represented the Italian national team under 12, reaching a ranking of 3.3 within the local ranking system. He juggled between a tennis racket and football boots before ultimately deciding in favor of the popular game after his family moved to Germany, where he continued to develop his football career.

Away from the pitch, Trezoldi has a special connection to Milan, as he passionately supports the Italian club thanks to his grandfather, who passed on this love to him. His grandfather worked as a golf coach and had a professional career linked to legendary names such as Marco van Basten, Ruud Gullit, and Frank Rijkaard.

Regarding his international future, the decision to choose between Germany and Italy will not be made at this time, as the player places participation with the German U21 team and winning the European Championship for that age group after the summer of 2027 among his priorities. His international future will be reconsidered after that, according to Italian newspaper Sky Sport.
