Ahmed Hassan Denies Zizo's Request to Play Despite Injury
Ahmed Hassan revealed the truth about Ahmed Sayed Zizo, the star of Al Ahly, requesting to play in the match against Zamalek despite his injury.
Hassan said on Facebook: "Al Ahly's professionalism in dealing with Zizo is beyond doubt."
He continued: "It is not true that the player requested to participate in the summit match after appearing today in the team's camp; he was there only to support his teammates in gaining points for the match. Such matters do not happen in a club for amateurs, and certainly, this has not happened in the largest Arab and African club."
The summit match will take place tonight, Monday, at 8 PM Cairo and Mecca time as part of the Premier League competition.
