Reports have confirmed that Hossam Hassan, the coach of the Egyptian national team, has settled on the professionals who will be called up for the Pharaohs' camp in October.

According to the reports, Hossam Hassan intends to call up five professional players: Mohamed Salah from Liverpool, Hamdi Fathi from Al-Wakrah, Mostafa Mohamed from Nantes, Rami Rabia from Al Ain, and Omar Marmoush from Manchester City.

Sources have indicated that there is some ambiguity regarding the call-up of Haitham Hassan for the upcoming national team camp in October, amidst attempts from the Egyptian team with the player's representatives to determine his final position.

The Egyptian national team will face Djibouti and Guinea-Bissau on October 6 and 13 as part of the African qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.
