Spanish star Ansu Fati led his team Monaco to a resounding victory over Metz with a score of (5-2) in the fifth round of the French league, after scoring two remarkable goals that brought his name back to the forefront.

Fati's brilliance did not go unnoticed, as his former Barcelona teammates Lamine Yamal, Gavi, and Balde celebrated his performance on their Instagram accounts, posting the match result as a form of support for their former colleague who has long struggled with injuries and a decline in form.

Fati, one of the most prominent graduates of the La Masia academy, hopes that his current experience with Monaco will serve as a stepping stone to return to his best form, after having gone out on multiple loans in recent seasons in search of regaining his brilliance in preparation for a return to Barcelona.

For his part, journalist Ashraf Ben Ayad stated on his official account on X platform that the Barcelona dressing room is very happy with Fati's brilliance.

It is worth mentioning that Fati had scored his team's only goal during the loss against Club Brugge 4-1 in the UEFA Champions League.
