Manchester United has officially announced the signing of Belgian international goalkeeper Sin Lamine from Royal Antwerp, in a deal that extends until June 2030.

Lamine played 64 matches with his previous team and contributed to winning the Belgian Super Cup in 2023, while also standing out last season as the goalkeeper with the most clean sheets in the Belgian league.

The 23-year-old goalkeeper joined the Belgian national team for the first time last March, confirming his status as one of the most promising talents in the goalkeeper position.

Lamine said after signing: "I am extremely proud to join Manchester United. It is a dream come true. I have had a wonderful journey over the past few years, and I am now looking forward to a new chapter with this great club. The atmosphere here is special, and I hope to be a strong addition to the team in the coming years."

For his part, Jason Wilcox, the club's director of football, commented: "Sin is a young and outstanding goalkeeper with great potential. We are pleased to have him join Manchester United, especially after strong competition with several clubs that were interested in signing him."
