Raja Club Athletic concluded the summer transfer period of 2025 with moves described as balanced, as the management of the Green Eagles was keen to mix the return of some experienced names with the signing of new elements that combine experience and ambition. These steps reflected the club's desire to build a competitive sports project aimed at regaining local and continental brilliance.

One of the most notable features of Raja's transfer market this summer was the return of three players who previously wore the green jersey, led by Moroccan international defender Badr Benoun after a successful stint in the Qatari Stars League. Mohamed Mekkazi also returned to the team in a free transfer from Al-Wehda Saudi Club, while Raja regained the services of Ismail Maqdam after an unsuccessful experience with Al-Ula Saudi Club.

In terms of new signings, Raja signed forward Ismail Khafi from Al-Qadsiah of Kuwait to strengthen the attack, while Akbiri Al-Alawi, the former captain of Olympique Safi, added significant experience to the midfield after recently winning the King's Cup.
