The Abha team has started its preparatory camp in the Egyptian city of Ismailia, showcasing its new signings, including Portuguese player Afonso Teira, Brazilian Luiz Felipe "Morala", and Tunisian winger Ahmed Al-Jafali, who have joined the team list.

The club announced last Thursday the signing of Teira and Morala on a free transfer, while it had previously revealed on August 7 the addition of Al-Jafali coming from Egyptian club Zamalek, who remained in Cairo before joining his new teammates in Ismailia.

The training sessions also saw the participation of other new players that Abha contracted during the summer, including Curaçao defender Jorian Gary, and Saudi players Dawood Al-Taraf and Yasser Yaqub in the right-back position, alongside striker Hamoud Al-Shammari and defender Hamid Al-Mousa.

The camp, led by Croatian Damir Buric, extends for ten days and includes an intensive training program with two friendly matches aimed at enhancing technical and physical readiness before the season starts.

Abha is preparing through these preparations to participate in the Yelo League for first division clubs, after finishing last season in eighth place, with aspirations to improve its ranking and achieve better results in the new season.
