
Ahmed Al-Jafali Joins Abha on Loan
Ahmed Al-Jafali, a player for Zamalek, headed to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia this Wednesday morning to finalize the procedures for his joining Abha, following an official agreement between the two clubs for his loan for one season.
Al-Jafali is expected to arrive in Saudi territory this evening after successfully completing the medical examinations, after which he will sign his contracts to join Abha with a purchase option for approximately $800,000.
Zamalek decided to loan Al-Jafali to create space in the team’s roster, in preparation for announcing a new anticipated signing in the coming hours, as the number of foreign professionals in the roster currently stands at five players.
Zamalek includes Mahmoud Bentaij, Chico Panza, Seif El-Din El-Geziri, Salah Mosadek, and Ahmed Al-Jafali, who will officially leave, allowing the team to register a new foreign professional as part of its plans for the new season.
So far, Zamalek has concluded nine new signings, which include: Mahdi Suleiman, Ahmed Rabea, Amr Nasser, Ahmed Sherif, Chico Panza, Adam Kaid, Abdel Hamid Maali, Oday Al-Dabbagh, and Mohamed Ismail, awaiting the announcement of the tenth signing after Al-Jafali's departure.
