Leeds United has announced the completion of the signing of striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin, coming from Everton after the expiration of his contract with the team, where the player signed a three-year contract to remain with Leeds United until 2028.

Calvert-Lewin has extensive experience in the Premier League, having scored 57 goals in 239 matches, and has always been a key option in Everton's attack, also participating in the European League during the 2016/2017 season with Everton.

The player began his career with Sheffield United, going through several loan spells before moving to Everton, where he achieved great success, making his Premier League debut in 2016 and scoring his first goal in the same season.

Calvert-Lewin had an outstanding season in 2020/2021, contributing to 26 goals, which earned him a call-up to the England national team and participation in the Euro 2020 tournament, as well as playing a significant role in England's victory in the U20 World Cup in 2017, where he scored the winning goal in the final.

Last season, Calvert-Lewin participated in 26 matches in the Premier League and helped Everton finish the season in mid-table.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin is the eighth signing for Leeds United this summer under the management of Daniel Farke.
