
Officially: Estivao Joins Chelsea
Chelsea Football Club officially announced on its website the arrival of young Brazilian star Estivao at the team's training facility in Cobham, to officially begin his journey with the Blues, after joining from Palmeiras.
Chelsea had reached an agreement to sign Estivao 14 months ago, with the transfer set to become official upon him turning 18 years old. Since then, the player has excelled with Palmeiras and has become a key player for the team, having also played five international matches with the Brazil national team and participated in the Club World Cup, where he faced Chelsea and scored a goal against them during the quarter-finals.
Estivao stated in his remarks to the official website: "I am very happy; it feels great to represent Chelsea, one of the biggest clubs in the world. I hope to help the team in the best way possible."
The young winger has played 83 matches with Palmeiras' first team and participated in the South American qualifiers for the World Cup before officially joining Chelsea in preparation for the new 2025/2026 season.
